The garment must come wrapped in a package or opaque envelope and in perfect condition, unused, clean and with its labels on. Inside the package you must put a label with the order number and the reason for the return.

The deadline for making a size change or return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. To exercise the right of returns or cancellations, you must inform us via email at 

We will issue the full refund of the order using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement

This means you have the choice to put a badge on the sleeve of jerseys, mainly only Football jerseys. The badges for example are Premier League, Champions League, Europa LEague etc. This doesn’t mean the club badge as all kits come as seen in the pictures.

Before you place your order, please double-check your order and shipping information.

We will not be able to make any modifications or cancel your purchase after it has been sent to our distribution center. Changing the delivery option, delivery address, and payment method are all examples of this.

You can return most products for a refund once you’ve received your purchase if you’ve ordered something you no longer want. There are several exceptions, such as customized items.
